  2. We will collect some basic information from you, including your name, date of birth, and address. If you are looking for a home insurance policy, we will gather some details about your home to get a more accurate quote. If you are looking for an auto insurance policy, we will collect information including your vehicle’s make, model, and VIN.
  3. We will discuss how much coverage and what kind of coverage you are looking for in an insurance policy. We can explain certain coverages and give you recommendations if you are unsure of what you need.
  4. Our licensed insurance agents now start the quoting process. At this point, you can sit back and let us do the work. We regularly work with over a dozen insurance carriers and have access to many more if needed. This allows us to get you competitive insurance rates and not be tied down to only one option.
  5. We will send you your insurance quote. You can look it over and we can answer any questions you have about it or make changes to it. If you want a complete breakdown of the quote given to you over the phone, our insurance agents are more than happy to provide you with that.
  6. You now decide if you would like to move forward with your quote.
  7. If you choose to move forward with your policy, we will follow-up with you to get everything started, such as contacting your mortgage company to get your home insurance payments set up. We want to make the process as easy for you as possible, so let us do the hard work!

This process may involve several back-and-forth communications as we ensure everything you need for your business is covered. We understand that commercial policies carry a higher risk and will give you the one-on-one attention you need.
  5. You now decide if you would like to move forward with your quote.
