Samantha began her insurance career in 2018, where she began as an auto insurance agent with USAA, and quickly picked up the industry and her role. Over the next year Samantha rose to become a Subject Matter Expert, was assisting in training classes, and was promoted to management where she managed a team of agents skilled in Auto, Homeowners, and Valuable Property policies. Samantha was with her team for 3 years before making a career move and getting her adjusters license and began working claims with Liberty Mutual and Safeco before returning to policy servicing and became an office manager for a small local American Family Insurance office. Samantha now brings her vast industry knowledge and experience to Western Pacific Insurance and strives to provide each customer with outstanding customer service, knowledge, and support to make sure that everyone is protecting their future.

When not working Samantha loves spending time and laughing with her friends and family. She is an avid reader and writer, Star Wars fan, enjoys tabletop gaming and video games, will never say no to karaoke or going out dancing, loves all animals and anything pink, pastel, gold, and sparkling.
